Our Team

Brad Clark - Owner, Field Installation Operations

Brad brings a vast wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of window and door replacement to New Vista from his years spent working in his father’s drywall business as a teen to his dedication as a General Superintendent of Construction at Trend Homes which propelled that company to be an industry leader in the Valley of the Sun. Brad was a principal owner of Sunstone Homes based in Phoenix and later purchased Capstone Group which specialized in fire and water damage remediation services. Additionally, Brad has extensive training involving asbestos, mold, and biohazard clean up. His passion for efficient and quality construction is the driving force that allows New Vista to confidently stand behind every job we do.

Rick Porter - Owner, Office Operations

Rick’s involvement in construction and real estate dates back to his high school days when he worked for his father’s home building company as a general site laborer. Since then, Rick has worked in the residential mortgage industry and he has been a licensed real estate agent in Arizona and Utah, financial controller for Arizona-based Trend Homes, and a custom home builder. Rick currently owns Hi-Country Door & Trim and Windowstar in Gilbert, Arizona, and he is an Arizona Licensed General Contractor and owner of Finish Line Carpentry.
